There are two campuses. One on 11 Warren Street, Hudson, NY 12534, and another in The Salt Point Educational Center, 5 BOCES Road, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601.

No, BEC Hudson Valley is not a private school. It is a public early college program operated through a partnership between Bard College and the BOCES.

All students in participating school districts in the 11th and 12th grades.
